The summer of 2003 found me with a newly revised and thoroughly rejected manuscript. The dream was strong and the spirit willing, but I didn't know my GMC from my POV. My stereotypical characters were engaging in stilted dialogue and my heroine was too perfect. A lucky internet search led me to Romance Writers of America. Through this organization, I met the hottest undiscovered and newly discovered romance writers and joined with them in a forum of support and sharing, Writers at Play. I hope you'll take a moment and visit their cyber homes.

Writer's at Play is a group of women writers who came together 3 years ago in the spirit of fun and encouragement. (Sounds so noble, doesn't it? The truth is, we got our hands slapped in a larger group for having too much fun, so we decided to create our own little "virtual playground". No rules, hunks encouraged and naughtiness guaranteed!)
